Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Methods: Island Native ships all packages via DHL, Canada Post or USPS. The shipping method used will be at our discretion, depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

  2. Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  3. Shipping Time: Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the package. Island Native does not guarantee delivery times, as they are estimates provided by the carrier.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: Island Native currently ships to Trinidad and Tobago, Canada and the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, other international destinations.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

  7. Lost or Damaged Packages: Island Native is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  8. Order Cancellation: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it has been shipped.

  9. Returns: Island Native does not accept returns for any reason other than a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
