Refund policy
RETURN and EXCHANGE
Each product you see at our store is made on-demand once you place an order, we produce it specifically for YOU. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, positively contributing to sustainable fashion. As such, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@islandnative.co.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
REFUND
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@islandnative.co within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of wrong/damaged items plus your order number. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
For refunds based on wrong or damaged items, it is applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@islandnative.co.
Wrong Address - If you provide the wrong address or one that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Lost in Transit - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Buyer's Remorse - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
